Norman Janes

Norman’s career began with UPS in 1999 as an inventory analyst. In this position, he gained experience with industrial-scale inventory management and information controlling. Norman provided training to UPS client warehouse personnel, generated and audited inventory reports, and conducted follow-ups on inventory discrepancies. In 2008, Norman began a new position with Avmax Group. Norman was hired as a junior technician and after 3 years had worked his way into the role of IT Supervisor.
In this role, Norman developed new skills with server maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and internal hardware support.
