The ADL system is adept at surveying installed surface equipment to generate a digital inventory for owner companies.
In this process, the ADL FDC-Kit is used to collect data points including, but not limited to:
- Install date
- Product/substance
- ANSI rating
- Material type
- Corrosion circuit number
- Sub-meter GPS location
- Model/serial number
- Manufacturer
- Equipment condition
- Asset type-specific characteristics (E.G. pump plunger size, engine power rating, etc.)
- Access information
- RFID tag identifier
The collection of this data generates a standardized digital image of the installed equipment at any given site. This allows individuals throughout an organization, from operator to executive, to have a complete understanding of their inventory. This provides advantages for maintenance scheduling, supply chain management, operations planning and more. An example of this data visualized is included below.

This process can be utilized to document and verify:
- Storage tanks
- Pressure vessels
- Rotating Equipment
- Compressors
- Fired equipment
- Buildings and structures
- ESD/PSV valves
- Pumps
- And more
